Child Therapy
Children exhibit distress in many ways. Some children will act out, angry outbursts, bully their peers, or physically fighting. While for others, it may be withdrawing from friends and social activities, shutting down emotionally, falling behind in school or ignoring you. With the rise of technology and social media, children are now growing up exposed to the world quicker than ever. As a result, children may experience challenges with navigating social issues such as conflict resolution, bullying, and making wise choices. Often the pressure to perform both academically and socially impact their self-esteem and cause anger, anxiety, and depression. This can impact how children interact with their families and behave at home.
