Children
Children exhibit distress in many ways. Some children will act out, bully their siblings and/or peers, or physically aggressive. For others, it may be withdrawing from friends and social activities, shutting down emotionally, falling behind in school or ignoring you. Child therapy can help you have a healthier relationship with your child/ren.
Couples
All couples experience some degree of conflict in their relationship.  It is important to address the issue/s by not allowing unhealthy interactions define your relationship. Couples therapy allows you to gain insight into your relationship dynamics, communicate productively, learn to stop conflicts before they start, and help repair any lingering emotional wounds or traumas. This process provides couples with the tools to communicate better, negotiate differences, problem solve and exchange ideas in a healthier way.
