I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I have dedicated my career to providing compassionate care across a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, crisis intervention, mobile crisis assessments, outpatient services, and the Clark County School District (CCSD). Currently, I am in private practice, where I continue to support individuals with empathy and understanding.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of providing both administrative and clinical supervision to UNLV practicum students, CSW-interns, and licensed colleagues, fostering their growth and enhancing their knowledge base. My practice encompasses working with children (ages 5-12), youth, adults, couples, and families. I maintain an affirming stance for individuals who identify as members of the LGBTQIA+ community, ensuring that everyone feels valued and understood in our therapeutic relationship.

My commitment to compassion drives my approach, as I strive to alleviate the suffering of those I work with and empower them on their journey toward healing and growth.

My specializations include, but are not limited to treatment of adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, divorce, mood disorders, schizophrenia, trauma, and more.  My passion for learning led me to return to school and currently working on a doctorate degree with emphasis in clinical psychology.  I am invested in always seeking additional clinical skills to add to my toolbox to help all my clients.  What differentiates me from other clinicians in the Vegas valley is that I have an innate ability to establish rapport, build trust, provide genuine compassion, empathetic listener and relate to individuals from all different walks of life.

I view the therapeutic process as an alliance between the client and myself and consider my clients as the experts of their lives.  I use a variety of treatment modalities such as Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Client-Centered, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and other modalities.  My theoretical approach is based on the belief that my clients are in control of their therapeutic experience.  I look forward to meeting you and working alongside you.

Office Manager
Rosemary Calderon

Cormorant Garamond is a classic font with a modern twist. It's easy to read on screens of every shape and size, and perfect for long blocks of text.

I am an experienced and dedicated Office Manager, where I play a key role in ensuring efficient operations and exceptional client service. Since stepping into the office manager role in 2022, I have combined my organizational strengths with a compassionate, people-first approach. My career in the mental health field began in 2018, giving me a well-rounded understanding of both clinical and administrative processes.

In my current role, I manage a wide range of responsibilities that keep the office running smoothly. These include, but are not limited to, scheduling appointments, coordinating provider calendars, handling billing and insurance claims, maintaining supply inventory, and creating systems that support both staff efficiency and client satisfaction. I am often the first point of contact for clients, and I take pride in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who walks through the door.

I am known for my reliability, attention to detail, and calm, professional demeanor—even under pressure. My ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on client care. I thrive on helping people, problem-solving, and making sure that both staff and clients have what they need to succeed.

My passion for mental health, combined with my administrative expertise, allows me to contribute meaningfully to the practice’s mission of delivering high-quality care. I continue to grow professionally and aspire to further develop my leadership skills in the healthcare field.

Scarlett Iglesias Hoyos

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

I initiated my professional journey in the mental health field as a licensed psychologist in Mexico, achieving over eight years of clinical experience in private practice. In 2018, I moved to the United States, where I continued my professional journey by completing an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I am now licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern, Certified Problem Gambling Counselor Intern, and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Intern in Nevada. I have worked in community mental health clinics and currently practice in private practice. Additionally, I am pursuing a PhD in Counselor and Education.

I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) counselor. My clients include children aged 5 and above, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I offer a compassionate space of healing and growth for children starting age 5, adolescents, young adults, and adults. My approach is rooted in evidenced-based practices, empowering individuals to navigate the emotional, social, and behavioral challenges individuals might experience. I am dedicated to helping clients regain a sense of balance and control, fostering resilience, and promoting holistic well-being. I support and promote social justice for marginalized communities and provide a safe space for those who may not feel comfortable elsewhere.
